En la versiones anteriores a la 5, no existía la propiedad StartUpPosition para centrar el formulario. Y se usaba este código:
Form1.Left = Screen.Width - Width 2
Form1.Top = Screen.Height - Height 2
Aunque hacerlo con Move resulta un 30% más rápido.
Form1.Move (Screen.Width - Width) 2, (Screen.Height - Height) 2
